The Big Cheese

The Big Cheese is a fun-filled foraging toy that turns treat time into an exciting little treasure hunt for birds and small pets. Handcrafted from untreated pine, each toy is sanitised with an F10 disinfectant soak and naturally sun-dried, leaving it clean, fresh and ready for play.

Six generously sized holes are packed with natural raffia, giving your pet plenty to chew, pull and investigate. Once the raffia has been denuded, simply refill the holes with treats, paper, fresh raffia or other suitable foraging materials. This makes The Big Cheese reusable, versatile and full of possibilities.

Foraging encourages natural behaviours while providing valuable mental stimulation and helping to reduce boredom. Your pet can chew, search, investigate and work out how to reach those tasty rewards, turning a simple toy into an engaging enrichment activity.

The Big Cheese is suspended with natural jute rope and a sturdy plastic C-clip, making it easy to hang in most suitable enclosures.

As each one is individually handmade, no two are exactly alike, giving every Big Cheese its own unique character. Available in Natural and Coloured variants. The coloured version is currently available in blue, with a bunch of funky new colours coming soon. Watch this space!
