Delivery and shipping

All Products will be subject to a delivery charge which will be shown at the pay point. The delivery charge may be changed at the discretion of Pet Fairy any time and without prior notification. All delivery costs and terms are detailed on the Pet Fairy website.

Your order is an offer to buy from Pet Fairy and is only considered to be an acceptance of the order once the product is despatched. At any time before a product is despatched, Pet Fairy may decline to supply the product to you without giving any reason.

Delivery / Shipping options:

We do not have a bricks and mortar /physical shop but we deliver anywhere in South Africa for a flat fee of R100* no matter what size, weight or shape your order is.

• • We offer the following delivery options:
    • Door to Door via our Courier – R100 flat rate.
    • Postnet to Postnet – R100 flat rate.
    • Your own courier - If you choose this option, we will get your package ready for delivery at no additional charge to you. Once your parcel is ready for collection we will notify you and provide collection address and hours etc.
    • We are based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and are happy for you to collect your parcel in person once it is ready (by appointment only).

• The above charges include all locations in South Africa. As Pet Fairy is a South African retailer, we generally only ship to locations within South Africa. However, if you are an international client, please email us and we will endeavour to assist you.
• Deliveries occur on weekdays only (Mon-Fri) between 8am-5pm.There are no deliveries on Public Holidays or over weekends. Once the order is placed and paid for, we will supply you with a tracking number and inform you of the approximate date of delivery (where applicable).
• Once your payment reflects in our bank account, we will despatch the order.
