Sekelbos Perch

Sekelbos is a naturally hard and durable wood, making it an excellent choice for parrots and a variety of small pets that enjoy exploring their surroundings with both feet and beak. Its natural texture provides different gripping surfaces, encouraging foot exercise and giving your bird a more interesting alternative to smooth, uniform perches.

Parrots can nibble, chew and explore the wood, helping satisfy natural behaviours while providing valuable mental stimulation. The natural surface can also provide useful wear for beaks and nails as your bird uses the perch.

The Sekelbos Perch attaches easily using a convenient stainless steel nut and bolt fitting, making installation simple and secure.

Because every Sekelbos perch is made from natural wood, expect variations in shape, texture and dimensions. The current perches have a diameter of ± 3cm and a total length of ± between 32cm and 40cm including attachments.
