Arm protection is not only for eagles. No matter what the size of the bird, an unprotected arm can leave you with some painful injuries. So, although the Arm Perch looks like a medieval torture device it is in fact a really effective way of protecting human skin from sharp claws.
 
The Arm Perch is is a tube of padded material that is about 23 cm long and slips over your forearm. It fits a forearm of about 22cm  to about 26cm.
The total width is about 24 cm and has an elasticated corset stitching which makes it size adjustable. It has a metal ring to attach the Short Lanyard to. 
 
The Short Lanyard is about 44cm long in total and has a small loop at one end, which goes around the birds leg and the other end has a small clip that can be attached to the Arm Perch.
